eating very well...but need to cut back on calories and start exercising.

midterm week...stressed with marriage and work. not praying...listening a lot to Dr Vernon McGee.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
