Well, not a great day, but one that will not be repeated anytime soon! 6 hours in the car, plus a trip to the diner. My chicken cutlet was super-small so I juicy-rationalized getting some onion rings in addition to my delicious fattening milk shake. Eat all the calories! But it was tasty.

The good news is that I was down a pound this morning on my first weigh-in (maybe more since I didn't get an accurate start weight). Back to the usual program of heathy eating and not getting fat!
