This was a really bad week for my diet. I traveled, there were 4 days I was not home. One day I attenede a funeral, and attended a family dinner. I have a rule (nothing to eat after Midnight) I go to bed 4:30 to 5 am. I broke that rule! There were no rules I did not break this week. I did not exersize any. This week, I set myself back on my diet. Good news is, It is a brand new week!
