I feel bad I did not do anything on my challeng. I am not giving up. I would like to lose 20 lbs. by June. This next week I will return to the day shift on my job. It will make it easier to plan my meals. This last week almost every day, I had only one meal a day. I did not exersize at all. I had snacks that are not part of my diet. I will do better this next week!
