Ok, I'M BACK!!!!!
This time I will be treating this a little more seriously, holidays over, period over and the new year is here. Dusted off the treadmill, working on alotting time just for myself. Gonna try to rememeber about my water intake all day, usually start off strong and then forget.
WANT TO LOSE, 20 lbs by this SUMMER!!!!
Slow and steady will get me there, and if I rearrange my schedule just a bit it will be all normal after that.
Wish me luck and hope to log in some good news and lower numbers next week.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week
