Short of not eating at all I don't know what to do. weight not moving at all, an ounce here and there up on day done another, never any REAL progress. I know I need to be more active because I will not deny being sedentary. Winter here in Wisconsin, can't afford the gym......just having a pity party right now...
184.2 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
