Followed the WW plan this week very well- I did not eat all of my 35 extra points though. This week I really want to focus on lots of exercise and eating lots of fresh food as opposed to prepared.
148.6 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week

me too!! bought a bunch of fresh veggies yesterday at the store for salads....(even though i hate salads) haha good luck!!!
