So, I'm at the lake and just start off on my little jog ( fast shuffle ) and next thing there was all this laughter. I'm like, who's the rude ***** laughing at me while I'm doing my best - thankfully it was just a Kookaburra in the tree next to me.....

One thing I will share is I had a goal to jog the entire length of the Dam wall at the Lysterfield lake - well, I did that this week past. About 250-300M I think. Really pleased with myself.

Something else I was looking at for myself - a couple of weeks ago I lost a heap of weight and so I only logged half that weight and shared with you guys how I was avoiding the massive success and how I should embrace it etc. What I got this week while out walking is that that's not what was really going on. What I distinguished is that I if I had a big loss one week ( maybe been to the loo or sweated heaps - lost fluid etc ) - and the next week it was back up slightly, then I would have to deal with the failure. And, so far there has been a loss every week. I was avoiding the possibility of failing so I safe guarded myself by lying about the big loss in that week. Does that make sense. That way I didn't have to deal with that I had failed. Distinguishing this has given me some freedom to just accept that what I weigh each Saturday is just what I weigh each Saturday. And there will be actions to take or not. And each week, I ask myself, what I am committed to this week, who do I need to be, what actions do I need to take.

Gotta give my knees a rest - a bit more low impact cardio this week I think....XO
