My official weight this morning is 134.3kg.

I would have seen a bigger drop but I couldnt resist eating a huge plate of savory rice and a half chicken from Pedro's! lol. Oh well. . . still happy with the drop in my starting week.

296.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
