i managed to get my yoga in for this past week but my diet was like 65% bad. less than 7 months to the wedding, gotta smarten up. gonna restart weight training next week too :)
172.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
