As weighed on my own scales.

Steadily going down. Getting plenty of exercise in, walking at least 1x6mile walk 1x2 mile walk and usuallly getting a swim with the kids each week.

This time around my weight loss has been slower altogether, im hoping that means it stays off!
211.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
