After 4 months of personal BS i gained back 23 lbs ugggghhhh. Well im back and im pissed. Im gonna use that to fuel me.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 88.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1348 kcal Fat: 52.82g | Prot: 87.59g | Carb: 130.89g.   Breakfast: Hash Brown (from Frozen), Medium Eggs. Lunch: 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Whole Wheat Bread, diced tomatoes, Organic Vegetable Broth , Onions, Carrots, Light Cream. Dinner: Medium Chunky Salsa, Light Sour Cream, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Baked Tostitos Scoops. Snacks/Other: Sugar Free Boston Cream Pie Pudding, Light Fat Free Strawberry Banana Yogurt, Super Advanced Whey Protein Vanilla, Blackberries, Bananas. more...
