Was sick for a week so I'm sure that helped to lose some but getting back to normal now. Not losing fast enough but I am watching my food intake and pleased enough
137.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
