I only went down one pound last week. It was a week where I had plenty of hot chocolates, milk, and latte coffee. It was all very good, tasty, delicious, and calorie filling. This week I am doing a little better. I would like to go down to 180lbs, but I offically on have less than 2 weeks of my forty-day diet resolution.
