I love getting closer and closer to my goal. I'm proud of myself 🥳

it is Not easy sticking to an eating plan. It isn't actually (socially acceptable). Friends, family and roommates are always trying to steer me off course. I remind them, I'm doing a Thang and they kind of roll their eyes while I measure and calculate all my food.

but if I don't plan and weigh -- I'm lying to myself and it's reflected on the scale.

my joints, heart, organs and Mind sure do appreciate my dedication ♥️

152.4 lb Lost so far: 45.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

i find people get stuck in their lack of discipline and whether I intentional or subconsciously they want others there too to justify their lack of movement. I have to set my mind and ignore others. this is for me and has to be by me. I don't have to carry their weight emotions or anything else. your doing great. keep up the great work.

Thanks everyone 💕 and YES, Hebrews 💯 they want you where they are so they don't feel bad. And yes, Finch 🤓 I LIKE WEIGHING MY FOOD!! I think it's interesting and science-y (lolz). I've learned so much!! Like if I need to cut some brown rice and double my veg to meet my macros and still fill up my bowl so my tummy is satisfied, I know how to do it now. 🏆 I'm still consistently shocked at all the sneaky sugar and sodium. I've found great brands that support what I'm trying to do. This is not MAINSTREAM. and that's ok. I want better for myself now. I leveled up 😉💘
