It's a slippery slope. I have been so discouraged with diet and exercise that I gave up(again). I am unhappy and am surrounded by people who do not support me in my weight loss journey. Saying things like "you look good for having twins" is not helpful. I had twins 2.5 years ago. This is no longer baby weight. Today one of my boys pointed at me and said 'mommy fat' - we were at the gym.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
