Yeah! My weight held steady despite some holiday eating over New Years. Mostly it was those wonderful Italian cookies again. I am so glad I don't bake, but I do love good cookies as the Italian Market around the corner has them. Yeah! I am looking forward to a good year of weight loss in the next few months. These are usually good months for me because their isn't much going on that leads to out and out food debauchery!
