I worked long hours this week. I did not get a chance to exersize but a few days. I had 4 to 5 hours sleep several days. It was a week where I didn't do so well.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

it is ok ,don't worry, as long as u have in mind regulating ur weight..........it just need some time, and will power......... :D
