I went to the nutritionist for the first time since December 11th yesterday to see my progress on getting healthier from my extremely limited 'diet'. My goal was to take atleast 54g of protein daily, because that was really the most important thing to her. That and getting enough healthy fats. After looking over 3 days worth of my food journal, she told me that I do not need to worry about reaching 54g at all; on average I got around 82g!!! Without even trying! She was very proud of my accomplishments, as I have been expanding my palate to a much wider variety than 5 months ago. I have about an 8 lb cushion that I could gain and still be in the healthy median range for my height and age. She told me I am in the lower quartile for my weight, which to me, is very good [she thinks so too]! She told me that I should take 1 tsp of safflower oil, along with the 1 tsp of cod liver oil, and I would be perfectly fine.

All in all, Friday went very well and I think I am on my way to becoming a registered dietician/nutritionist!!! [she thinks I should be!]
107.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
