I feel pretty happy I have maintained my weight under 140lbs.

I don’t track any more but use sensible eating. I went out for supper last week and ate 3 courses but then also always pass on pancake and waffles bc I don’t love them- just moderately like them.
137.8 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 137.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
