Pretty good week. Got my workouts in, sorta controlled the snacking AND I cleaned out tthe pan of lasagna. Moved around more than usual but I know I still need to do more cardio. Imagine how much better I would be doing if I was actually doing some form of cardio. This week, I walk. DARN IT!!
271.6 lb Lost so far: 56.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
