Walked 1.4 miles today, 2 pushups, 2 sit ups, and feeling strong today, yesterday I had a killer headache from lack of caffiene, no caffiene since December 31st. Not sure what will kill me, no caffiene or the exercise.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
