I'm a little disappointed in the loss slowdown, but I wasn't at my best this week in following my guidelines for calories. I also missed a few meals here and there and I think that affects it too. I really need to start exercising if I want to kick my metabolism in the butt.
356.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 56.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
