Weigh-in: weigh fluctuated from 278-282 this week, so going with 280! 😆

❎Exercise (30+ mins cardio): 2/7 days YTD: 41.8% (38/91days) Out of walking routine.

❎No Junk Food: 3/7 days YTD: 56.0% (51/91days) I really want to overeat this week.

*Year Goal: under 200 pounds, size 16-18/XL/1x clothing (currently 22-24/3x)

Life update: Another donations day happened! Haven't been as focused on exercise, so need to get back at it!
