Boooo. Well, I knew it was coming at some point. For whatever reason, the number for muscle mass retreated even though I swam last night. We had a weird little heat wave, it got up past 95 yesterday and wasn't cool after dark, so I swam. Mixed up the sets a lot. Did 5 100's, a fast 500 and a slow one. Ended with a leg cramp alternating with a foot cramp on the other side of my body, so was obviously an electrolyte thing. I'd drank water all day, so assume it was the heat. No biggie. Added some salt to my last bottle of water and ate 1/2 banana. All good. Just glad I was in the pool and not open water.

The split between zones is pretty good. I had a plan, worked the plan. Zones: 11 min peak, 9 min cardio, 7 min fat burn, 4 warm up. 826 strokes, average heart rate 145, 9.7METs.

Trying to take tomorrow off, so that's it for now. Enjoy the day!

After coffee, before breakfast. So maybe muscle is holding after all? I will quit obsessing at some point, this is just interesting to me. In other news, I'm wearing a shirt I can't wear with belly roll, so there's that. All good.
