GOAL!!! woot!!Today is LIW.. and I hit my goal.. next I start working out more and strength training.. now all the fats down to a minimum.. I need to build muscles.. they are peony LOL..
144.8 lb Lost so far: 38.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
