I gained 2lbs even though I have been following Virgin Diet religiously.
I am going to take out tree nuts and strawberries to see if these are causing me to gain or not lose weight.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
