Up and down weight my whole life, then I quit smoking and hit 35 years old. I gained 100lbs over 5 year period. I am now 43 and have been 250-270 lbs for the past 3 years. I would like to be under 200lbs again and stay that way the rest of my life. My downfall is large portions, I still eat like I did when I was a younger man and was way more active.
It seems like I need to exercise at least an hour every day just to maintain my current weight.
