Ok so I did pretty well eating every 3 hours like wanted to start doing and I think I've been eating pretty healthy. I need to go back and analyze a bit more. Late night snacking seems to be the death of my weight loss. I don't do it every night but it happened Thursday and Friday night when I didn't have anything to do and was just sitting and watching TV. I need to figure out a way to avoid that. I did well with working out. I've been going to the gym every Monday and Wednesday to do weights and this Friday I went to a Zumba class. I need to do more cardio. I get some with dancing but I need to do more aerobic.
