I'm so excited about this week one loss!! Not stopping until I hit that Goal!!!!
431.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 171.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks for the kind words on my previous post. Congratulations on your loss as well! Keep at it! My best advice is one meal at a time, one day at a time. Set reasonable goals and get to work!
