Yeah! closer to that 250 goal. decent eating, but weight loss would be alot quicker w exercise. 260 by next Friday. exercise 5 times. 1200 calorie goal!
265.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week
