I'm going to give you some tough love here frenchy (cool name, lol). If you go check your weight history, there are a lot of "eating poorlys" listed. There is a saying. You lose weight in the kitchen and get firm in the gym. Walking helps, but most of your weight loss is going to come from your diet. If you used a calorie calculator for your caloric intake, then you should use it as a guideline. You may need to adjust your caloric intake till you find what helps you lose. If you are not losing, it is usually from something you are or are not doing (barring any medical reasons). Some things for you to think about. Are you tracking all your food honestly? Studies show people who don't track tend to eat 30% more than those who don't and bites, licks and tastes add up (my biggest problem). Are you getting enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies? Sometimes it's more about WHAT you are eating and not always HOW MUCH. Are you eating too many processed foods? Processed foods contain a lot of sodium which can inhibit weight loss in some. Are you drinking water? Water flushes out sodium and keeps things moving. So if you are not losing at all, I would think about playing around with calories, tracking all your food, getting enough water, being active. I was weighing in at Weight Watchers and this woman said she had stopped losing. She didn't know what to do. I told her to go back to basics and make sure she did everything she was supposed to do (get in all her power foods, water, tracking, etc.). A couple of weeks later, I heard her losses started up again. Many times we slack and that's what we get on the scale. So jump in there and give it 100% and see what happens. Good luck!
