Raisin bran cereal & half-banana; 1 cup coffee w/ skim milk
Lunch - spinach salad w/ chicken, beets, avocado;
Diet Black Cherry Soda (0 calaries)
Snack - Chip Ahoy (100 calarie pack)
4 glasses of hour

time now - 4:25 pm

Dinner to follow when I get off from work.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
