Pleased to hit a new low (even by such a small amount), but from here it kind of falls apart for a couple of weeks. I've got to attend two dinner parties this week and then I'm off for ten days in the U.S. The plan is to try to continue recording what I eat and try to stay below 3000 calories a day -- not that easy when you're eating out of restaurants -- then do my very best to get back on the program when I return in January.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
