Haven't worked out much this week because I've been sick and haven't had any energy. Planning on getting back into it as soon as I can. No regrets about this week, just didn't go as anticipated with having an upset tummy for 4 days now. Still doing well and looking forward to working out again as soon as possible.
Overall this has helped me a TON. Since I am losing weight I can see what my calories in v out need to be and am sticking with it enough to lose what I want - 1-2 pounds/week. This makes the process so much easier I'm looking forward to sticking with this longer than most other times I've tried dieting. And this time I'm not truly dieting - I'm eating what I want, just limiting portions which is really what I think will make me the most successful. It's a journey that's for sure.
