I think its finally evening out. I notice that on my hard calorie burning days it's about 2 pounds of weight loss, but on my easy lazy days where I just go on walks n stuff it's like, hardly anything, so I think this is good. Which also means I probably should take it easy on the exercise, I've recently been getting a lot of e-mails which is almost kind of turning into hate mail about, "This isn't a starving site" blah blah blah.

Well I have one thing to sayy...

Fuck you. Fuck you and YOU thinking that you know me well enough to write a very insulting letter to me. Fuck you and all of your hurtful words. You know what? NOBODY pointing a fucking gun to your head or to any of you to read or look at my shit. So if you don't have anything nice to say, fuck off. This is a LEGIT form of weight loss that isn't treated as a life style (as in everyday for the rest of your life) and I'm tired of explaining myself, why don't you fucking RESEARCH it before coming to me with all of your misplaced anger.
