Working hard at making smart food decisions. This month has not been super tough because have not traveled much but next month will be hard with all the travel. My body fat % was down .5% from Jan. 1st and my waist measurement is down 1.5" so those are the things that help me see I'm doing something right. Really stepped up my training the last half of the month so need to make sure I get sleep and calories needed to keep me strong while trying to lose a little bit of weight.
