Got lazy the past few days in recording weight, but did it today. Abs are showing promising results, man-tits are becoming hard muscles, back is getting more beautiful each day, legs are strong as usual.
175.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.6 lb a week
