Had a little backslid from the Thanksgiving holiday dinners (x3) but proud to say within the next week was able to lose that extra pound!
Only one week left to lose the last pound~ ^o^ YAY!!!
I'm so excited & proud of myself for keeping my mini-challenges and personal short term goals. After I complete this personal goal my next will be to be under 200lbs by my 30th birthday on the 22nd of Feb.
