wow! i guess a bunch of snow days and no excercise leads to weight gain wth?! I have gained 25 LBS since Jamaica-how depressing:( i have a goal to lose 10lBS by valentines day and will do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
