Day 89 Optavia I completely blew it yesterday. The day started out great then out of nowhere my body said screw it I really want some junk food so I ate it. I had a grilled cheese with mayonnaise and butter, two cuties, three Oreos, half an apple, 6mini KitKat bars, half a tiny bag of Cheetos And probably something else but I forgot to write it down as well as five Optavia fueling I gained 3 pounds overnight because of this! But today’s a new day and I am back on track I have only had me and I will have a healthy lean and Green. Who knows maybe that’s what I needed to jumpstart my weight-loss. I can’t say this all of that junk food that I ate not a single bite of it actually tasted good.
