Still losing! Had an interesting time trying to find things I could eat yesterday and today during "business luncheons", but I succeeded in finding things like grilled chicken breast, steamed broccoli, and a simple side salad with a little ranch or caesar dressing. I'm getting the hang of ordering just water with lemon, too.

Today was my first day after the Induction Phase (Day 15), so I could do my first increase up to 25 NET carbs. I figure I'll do it for a few days just to see what happens. But if my weight loss slows, I'll drop back to 20. I've fluctuated daily from a low of 15 to a high of 33, but my average over the past 14 days equates to 19.4 NET carbs/day, so I consider myself on track. And the weight is coming off! So I've gotta love that.

I am missing some things, but I'm looking for alternatives that offer less "guilt". LOL For instance, my sister, who's on Atkins too, found Breyer's low carb ice cream and fudge bars, called Carb Smart. Mmm, I'm definitely going to have to at least try 'em. It's been soooooo long since I've had ice cream! LOL
187.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
