If you had any super salty foods your body might be retaining water as well. Honestly, 1 pound is not bad at all for the Thanksgiving Holiday! I think I gained a total of 3 pounds... eep!

I am not doing well lately with drinking water...since the day before Thanksgiving I barely drank maybe 3 glasses of water a day or just when I exercise. Before when I started I was drinking at least 8 glasses daily and I was going to the bathroom a lot!!!...maybe every 30-45 minutes or so and I notice I was losing a little weigh each day. So I think you are right..I need to go back to drinking more water to flush my body. :)
