I finally bought scales and am happy, that I lost 3kg since my last weighing end of october.
But after weighting today I treated myself with a chrsitmas pudding... stupid me!!
140.0 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
