I started weight training two weeks ago and followed exactly the norm, gained weight. Will stick with this and hopefully will work itself off down the road. Not going to worry about the weight increase at this point.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 2.0 lb a week
