Yesterday was fun but I ate like crap. My wife and I took a long trip to St. Cloud, which is over an hour from our house. I haven't been there in almost two years and it was really fun but we ate out and I ate a lot, then we got back to my parents house, that was where we dropped off my son for the day and had ribs! Yeah, and Oh, no all at the same time. It was again, really good but I ate too much. All that driving and eating was bad for me but it was fun. I am hoping to start my full triathlon training next week. I have some things I have to discuss with my wife about the whole schedule and how we can make it work. She likes to run every morning and with a toddler it is hard to get both of our workouts in before the day starts. I just hope that we can work something out so that I can get my workouts in as well. I want to be faster for this next triathlon than I was for the first one.
