not a shocking discovery of a gain with having gone away on vacation (and drinking alot of pina coladas and mai tai's) its no wonder....
i am amping up to start on a more focused plan. soon not today but soon!!
199.0 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
