Longish walk last night, sock failure, blister, boo. A little on the cable machine. Walked into my office this morning, slight skunk odor inside, not outside, which is weird. Looked around carefully, don't see anything, it's not obnoxiously strong, curious but not gonna go poking sticks in corners.

Supposed to rain tonight, storm tomorrow (yay!) so will be doing the alternate workouts next couple of days, most likely. I caught a partial glimpse of a reflection of myself in the window last night, still changing and not bad. I did click through on that beginner bike from Costco, so that should be here in the next few days. Kinda excited. New workout toy for when my knees and ankles hate me. Just need to keep moving.

Work is busy, just going to have to keep going, press on. Going to keep making sure I move and close those rings. Best I can do. Press on.

Skunk smell could be a dead critter such as mouse or squirrel in a wall. Stinks for days as it decomposes.

It’s skunk, not the other. Know ‘em both. Dissipated after awhile, so good enough.

What kind of socks are you wearing?? That is probably what is causing your blisters. Great job by the way, keep it up.

Yes that’s awesome Kat, you’re doing great and you have an awesome attitude and I’m excited about your bike coming...but I have a strange thing to admit, I grew up in the Northeast and I don’t live in that area anymore and I miss the smell of skunk! Lol! 😂🤣😂 Anyways, take it easy and have a great week!

The new bike will be nice! I switch things up quite a bit because of my knees and ankles too. I alternate between walks, bike, and treadmill. Occasionally an aerobics tape. All depends on what the body will tolerate but it helps keep it fresh. I think you'll like having that extra variety!!!
