I am restarting my diet as my scale has really been off. I am going to purchase a new scale today and will start my weigh in on that and continue anew from there. It has been disheartening. According to my scale I at first lost 11 lbs and now am gaining weight. I am staying under the 1500 calories per day so I know I can't be gaining weight.
180.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
