Boo me! I’ve been doing pretty good with my plan and yesterday I blew it but today is a new day so I will just start over. It sucks because I had just gotten back into fat burn! But that cheeseburger slider and a little piece of Reesie peanut butter pie called my name so loud! I tried to drowned them with 150 ounces of water yesterday. Maybe that helped me keep from gaining too many extra pounds. Getting back on track today and headed to the Y
213.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
